Esmaeil Karimian is a professional attorney, founder and managing partner of the ESK Law Firm. He has more than 10 years' experience in international Trade law, international investment law, energy law and international contracts.

Working full time in the International Law offices as a junior partner or associate during all these years, Mr. Karimian has gained a lot of experiences in the field of international commercial law and international investment contracts such as joint-venture contracts, petroleum contracts, and construction contracts.

Esmaeil specializes in international commercial law and international investment contracts such as joint-venture contracts, petroleum contracts, and construction contracts. He advises national and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions, mergers, tender offers, reorganizations and joint ventures. An integral part of his practice, Esmaeil provides board-level legal counsel to help clients draft and manage complex deals through the marketplace.

Saleh Jaberi

Head of Contractual Team

Dr. Saleh Jaberi is a professional attorney and a lead partner of ESK Law Firm. He has more than 10 years' experience in business law, particularly in securities disputes and construction law.

Saleh's clients benefit from his experience in project finance, including BOT, BOO, BOOT and concession projects in various sectors. He is particularly sought after for his in-depth knowledge of international trade law, construction contracts, securities arbitration and mediation, and Alternative Dispute resolution mechanisms.

Saleh is also a highly regarded advocate in commercial law. He has counseled a few Iranian banks to settle their disputes with debtors and manage their financial problems. In 2009, Saleh was seconded to assist an international company with drafting its domestic and international contracts as well as solving its disputes through litigation and ADR methods. He also has a notable academic record which includes books and articles in both English and Persian languages. He has published remarkable academic papers about broker-client relationships in securities exchanges and solving their disputes.

At the same time, he translated and published a book titled "International Construction Contract with Commentary on FIDIC Design-Build Forms" and also writing another book titled "Construction Law" which will be published in the near future. He speaks Persian and English. He is the Head of Contractual Team.

Saeed Soltani

Saeed Soltani is a professional attorney and a member of Tehran Bar Association since 2009. He received his LLB from shahed University and his LLM from Olum Tahghighat University.

During all these years, Saeed has gained a lot of experience in the field of company law and various corporate matters. He has focused his practice on registration of a company, branch or agent office, preparation and drafting all kinds of minute, article of association and dissolution or bankruptcy of companies.

Saeed has also been deeply engaged in providing legal assistance to reputable insurance companies such as Day Insurance Company, Arman Insurance Company, Kosar Insurance Company and Parsian Insurance Company. He specializes in insurance law and advising his clients regarding various kinds of insurance policies and solving related disputes.

He speaks Persian and English. He is the Head of Corporate Team.

Somayeh Karimian

Ms. Karimian received her bachelor degree in Economic Science from Azad University in 2006 also her master degree in Energy Economy from Srbiau University in 2016.

She has gained many experiences during past few years and currently advises clients in economic and energy matters such as renewable energies, economic due diligence, energy economy in Iran, etc.

She joined ESK Law Firm in 2016.

She speaks Persian and English.

Somayeh Siahposht

Mrs. Siahposht is the manager of ESK-Teenar Publication Center. She received her B.A in Political Science from Shahid Beheshti University in 2006 and her M.A in International Relations from Tehran University in 2016.

She has more than thirteen years of experience in publication industry and is an expert in layouting, editing and publication of books in Iran.

Most of ESK books and articles have been published under her supervision and management in ESK-Teenar Publication Center.

She speaks Persian and English.

Hatef Zamandokht Tehrani

Graphic Designer

B.Sc.

Hatef Z. Tehrani after receving his First B.Sc. in Pure Mathematics from Shahid Beheshty University – Iran, he started his education in Bio-Statistic for a M.Sc. degree at Bologna University – Italy.

He is the IT Manager and Graphic Designer of the Firm.

Currently he studies Arabic language at Tehran Univerty as his second B.A.

He speaks Persian, English and Italian.
